We do not take bad credit in to account when making our decisions on hire applications. Our decisions are based on two things, firstly we need to do a simple ID check and you will need to provide us with your driving licence, a bank statement and a utility bill both dated within the last 3 months and at your current address, secondly we look at your income and make sure that the car we offer you is affordable. We then process your application and prepare your new car for delivery. Once prepared we will call you to arrange for you to collect your new car.
What initial costs are involved?
To apply for one of our cars you will need to pay an advanced payment and the first weeks hire. The advanced payment required is different for each car, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
You will also be required to insure the vehicle by way of fully comprehensive insurance and you will need to provide us with an insurance certificate for us to keep on file.
What if my car breaks down during the hire period?
Your car is covered by our comprehensive mechanical warranty and we service and prepare our cars to the highest standard before they leave our premises. however, cars do sometimes break down. Should you have a problem with your car during the hire period simply contact us, we will arrange to book the car into one of our local reputable dealers to be repaired. If the repair is taking longer than expected we will do our best to arrange a loan car for you. (subject to availability).
What do I need to do to qualify?
As long as you provide as much information as you can on the application form and are truthful then we will be able to help the majority of applicants.
